On April 14, 2016 at 6:30pm, Chef Moumen will be sharing the secrets to what makes Morocco so special in the Spring - fresh vegetables! Fresh salads, marinated veggies, and vegetable tagine are on the menu! Join us as we explore methods for preparing these delicious veggies.

So come and enjoy some good food and friends with us here at Kous Kous.  During the demonstration, guests will enjoy some delicious Moroccan bites and sip drinks. Later we will enjoy a meal together!

For dinner guests will be served:

  • Moroccan Salads and Marinated Vegetables
  • Fish Tagine in Sharmoula Marinade (alternatives available with advance notice)
  • Roasted Vegetables

Price: $45 or $60 with open bar of wine, sangria, and champagne
